“They were able to arrange the repair crew to come out just a couple of days after our request to fix a part that has lasted 35 years. They were the the original installing company and we have relied on their quick and competent service a few times over the decades, and also a couple of times for another rental property across town."

“I've been a customer of ShutterWise for over 25 years and have always been a booster of ShutterWse since I met Greg at a home show in Indio. I have shades on every window of my home and am still happy with the quality of the product. Over the years when service was needed, the response was quick and professional. Today was a repeat example of a required repair to replace a worn pull strap. Brian & Shane arrived on time and did a fantastic detailed job on replacing the control box and refastening the fabric to the roller. they impressed me with the way they displayed their interest in being sure everything was perfect. From previous experience I didn't expect less’ Thanks, guys, you made an old customer happy again."

"Just a quick note to express our TOTAL SATISFACTION with the responsiveness, professionalism and thoroughness of the team sent for our warranty screen repair on Tuesday, January 9th. Johnny and Bruce arrived within the window of time indicated; were remarkably fast and efficient; they came prepared with a new motor (which wasn't needed); they explained what went wrong; and even installed "stoppers" which had never been there to prevent this roll-up and bunching within the casing. Again: many thanks on your superb warranty service call. We could not have asked for a better outcome!"
